About Asia Bitumen Trading

Founded in February 2015, Asia Bitumen Trading Pte. Ltd. (ABT) combines the expertise and capabilities of two established companies, SK Energy of South Korea and Tipco Asphalt of Thailand. This joint venture is a strategic move to meet the market’s demand for supply assurance, on-spec quality products, on schedule delivery and competitive offer.

ABT offers various grades of bitumen from two supply sources, namely the Kemaman refinery in Malaysia and Ulsan refinery in South Korea, both strategically placed to supply the main markets in Asia Pacific region. The combined bitumen production capacity totals up to 3.5 million tons per annum.
